TYPES OF WORKOUT DURING THE STAY FIT PROGRAM WITH ZORA CZOBOROVA:
Morning - STEP INTERWAL BODY WORK
Step Interwal body work is focused on fat burning, fitness training, strengthening the major muscle groups like legs, back, stomach, behind muscles, thighs and calf. Condition sections will be used during the exercise, at which the fat is burned on the stepper. Single-handed 1 kg dumbbells and rubber expanders, balls etc. will also be used.
Lunch - POWER AQUA AEROBIC
This is the healthiest form of exercise, suitable for people with overweight and damaged joints. The aim is mainly the correct posture technique and strengthening the deep torso muscles. We also use the single-handed 1 kg dumbbells for strengthening the upper extremities.
EVENING - ZORALATES and STRETCHING
The form of the healthy exercise, which is also suitable for people with overweight and pain in the joints. It implies elements of Pilates, yoga and workout. Mainly, it aimes at strengthening the internal stabilization system. Zoralates is a special exercise that Zora Czoborová compiled in collaboration with top athletes such as hockey players, tennis players etc. It works to eliminate back pain, which is caused by the discs damage, especially in case of people with sedentary job. Much emphasis is placed on proper breathing and involvement of deep trunk muscles.
